Your Reflections: All journal entries, reflections, and insights you create in Thresh are stored locally on your device. We cannot access this content.
Account Information: If you create an account for sync or backup, we collect your email address.
Usage Analytics: We collect anonymous usage statistics (feature usage, app stability) to improve Thresh. This data cannot identify you or reveal your reflection content.
