3. User Responsibilities
You agree to use Steady in compliance with all applicable laws. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activities under your account.
4. Intellectual Property
The App and its content are owned by Continuity Labs, Inc. You retain ownership of all content you create within the App, including event details, reflections, and notes.
5. Privacy
Your use of Steady is governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated by reference.
6. Disclaimers
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.
Steady is not a substitute for professional mental health services. The app is designed for people experiencing subclinical social difficulties — not as treatment for diagnosed anxiety disorders. If you are experiencing significant mental health difficulties, please seek professional help.

7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CONTINUITY LABS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
8. Subscription and Payments
Steady offers both free and premium features. Premium subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store. Subscription terms, pricing, and renewal policies are governed by your agreement with Apple.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or via email if you have an account.
