1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Clearwater ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Clearwater is provided by Continuity Labs, Inc., a Delaware corporation.
2. Description of Service
Clearwater is a financial discernment application that helps you develop a healthier relationship with money through guided reflection rather than automated budgeting.
3. Subscriptions & Purchases
Free Features: Core functionality including transaction logging, Need/Want sorting, and 90-day history is available at no cost.
Premium Features: Unlimited history, Apple Watch app, widgets, and advanced insights require a Premium subscription or one-time purchase.
Billing: Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID. Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Cancellation: You may manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Free Trial: If offered, the free trial converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited upon purchase.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to use Clearwater in compliance with all applicable laws. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activities under your account.
5. Intellectual Property
The App and its content are owned by Continuity Labs, Inc. You retain ownership of all content you create within the App.
6. Privacy
Your use of Clearwater is governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated by reference.
7. Disclaimers
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CONTINUITY LABS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.
